Role Description

The Finance and Accounts Associate is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun. The role involves managing accounting operations, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The individual will ensure proper compliance with financial regulations and actively collaborate with internal teams to support financial planning and decision-making. Timely communication and interaction with customers for account management and payment processing are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to manage financial data and generate accurate insights
• Account Management experience to consistently deliver a high standard of service and handle financial queries professionally
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and experience with accounting software
• Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data efficiently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial management tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)

Remuneration

300,000 LPA
