Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Request Creation:

  • Initiate and manage purchase requests
  • Collaborate with department and procurement teams to verify purchase needs, ensuring requests are valid and within budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of purchase requests and approvals.
  • Track the status of requests to provide timely updates to stakeholders.

Invoice Processing:

  • Review, validate, and process invoices in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders (POs) and resolve discrepancies as needed.
  • Vendor Coordination and Payment Management:
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payments while adhering to the organization's payment schedule.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to foster clear communication and timely payment cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

EducationBachelors degree.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in procurement, accounts payable, or a related administrative finance role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools.

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with vendors, team members, and other departments.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and document management.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues in purchase requests or invoices and work towards resolution efficiently.

Knowledge On : SEZ/Non -SEZ , MSME/Non MSME Vendors invoice and payment process.
