Key Job Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive financial reports, models, and analyses that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leadership
Process Optimization: Design and implement financial processes that enhance transparency, improve controls, and streamline financial management
Strategic Collaboration: Partner with business teams to drive critical financial goals, focusing on cash flow optimization and performance improvement
Forecasting and Planning: Conduct detailed financial planning and analysis for product lines, utilizing key business input levers
Performance Tracking: Facilitate regular financial reviews, tracking and analyzing business metrics to support continuous improvement
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Good proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
Advanced Excel and financial software skills
Understanding of financial reporting principles
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex financial information
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
Experience in marketplace or e-commerce financial analysis
Certification in financial analysis (CFA, FRM)
Advanced statistical analysis skills
Experience with business intelligence tools

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of finance experience
- 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience of working in Big4, prior experience in business finance domain
