Finance Analyst - FP&A

Job Title: Analyst

Location: Gurgaon, India

Business Unit: Financial Planning & Analysis

Key Responsibilities: The candidate we are seeking will be supporting Finance Team across a spectrum of tasks including Accounting, Reporting and Legal Entity controls. Specifically, the individual will be fully/partially responsible for:

Operation:

· Perform the full spectrum of month-end closing tasks

· Hands-on AP & AR tasks (daily), process improvement and improve work efficiency

· Aging and collections analysis & reporting

· Prepare and maintain full set accounting ledgers, journals, and reconciliation (for the entities)

· Maintain fixed asset and intangibles in ledger

· Prepared Financials reports and slides for board meetings

· Guide junior team member

Reporting:

· Timely submission of monthly/quarterly reporting

· Implement financial and control process improvement initiatives

· Support annual Audit and annual tax filling for Singapore & India entities

· Cash flow projection

· Work with tax agent on GST submission and reconciliation

· Knowledge of IFRS reporting standard

Desired Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant or Equivalent - Full set Accounting experience at a multinational corporation. Ideally, would also possess exposure to or knowledge of:
