Finance Analyst/crypto & Trading Specialist

Description

We are seeking a Finance Analyst/Crypto & Trading Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-10 years of experience in finance with a focus on cryptocurrency and trading. This role will involve analyzing financial data, developing trading strategies, and collaborating with various teams to enhance our trading performance.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct wealth management research and provide insights across equities, ETFs, and crypto markets

2. Execute and monitor trades across Equity, ETF, and Crypto segments

3. Manage trade operations, including settlements across T+1 and T+2 cycles

4. Handle corporate actions and asset servicing processes with accuracy and timeliness

5. Manage taxation workflows, including GST, TDS/TCS, and IT return coordination

6. Work with trading infrastructure tools such as OMS/EMS, FIX protocol, and market connectivity systems

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and trading platforms.
• Knowledge of risk management and compliance in trading activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Other requirements

1. 6+ months of relevant experience

2. Strong knowledge of stocks, ETFs, crypto, and mutual funds

3. Exposure to trade settlements, corporate actions, or dealing

4. Understanding of NISM guidelines

5. Excellent analytical + communication skills

6. Graduates & undergraduates are both eligible

Salary

Annual CTC: 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year
