Finance Analyst / Associate

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX, for a Finance Analyst / Associate. In this role, you will support financial planning and analysis efforts by preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, and conducting financial reporting. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data to drive business decisions, assisting with budgeting processes, and creating comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and forecasts will also be an integral part of the job.

• Strong foundation in Financial Planning and Finance principles
• Proficiency in analyzing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data trends and draw actionable conclusions
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and relevant tools
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively
• Experience in subscription-based models or healthcare industry is a plus
