Job Description
Work Mode: Working from office
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and enhance the Oracle EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) environment.
- Work closely with IT teams and Finance stakeholders to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Provide technical and analytical support to finance users for management reporting and analysis.
- Troubleshoot system issues and recommend process improvements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Research, collect, and analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making.
Must-Have Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Oracle EPBCS
- SAP S/4HANA
- Strong:
- Analytical skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Interpersonal/stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify problems, perform research, and analyze data effectively.
