Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in a computerized environment using tools like Tally
• Finalize financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and other reports
• Prepare Cash Flow and Funds Flow statements for internal and external stakeholders
• Supervise and coordinate Statutory Audits with external audit firms
• Handle Income Tax compliance including:
• TDS calculation, payments, and quarterly e-TDS return filing
• Tax audits, individual and company return filing, and assessment handling
• Prepare and file GST returns, manage GST audits and assessment proceedings
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including Income Tax, GST, and RBI regulations
• Prepare CMA data and coordinate with banks for Cash Credit renewals, enhancements, and submit stock/production statements, FFRs, etc.
• Manage export documentation, bank negotiations, and obtain FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificates)
• Communicate key financial data through MIS reports and presentations for senior management or board meetings
• Compute and manage advance tax payments, income estimation, and tax liability projections
• Manage vendor, partner, and customer transactions, ensuring timely payments and invoicing
• Oversee compliance with EPF, Gratuity, and other labour/tax regulations
• Handle legal, taxation, and statutory registrations as needed
• Prepare and maintain accurate bookkeeping, and initiate payments as per due process
• Act as the primary point of contact for banks, vendors, and clients regarding finance matters
