We are looking for aFinance & HR In-Chargeto independently handle the organisation'sfinance, accounts, payroll, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting, banking, and cash flow
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Prepare MIS, expense reports, and financial summaries for management
- Process payroll and manage PF, ESI, and labour law compliances
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records
- Implement HR policies and act as a point of contact for employee matters
- Coordinate audits, consultants, and external agencies
Requirements:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance/HR) / CA-Inter / CMA-Inter preferred
- 610 years of experience in Finance & Accounts with HR exposure
- Strong working knowledge of accounting, payroll, and statutory compliance
- High integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
