Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Admin Professional to join our SSC FINOPS (Financial Operations) team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary link between our SSC with DEME HQ, ensuring the integrity of our financial analytical structures.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Budget codes within Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring that our financial analytical processes are seamless, accurate, and ready for our DEME global reporting.

Your responsibilities

  • Budget Creation: Execute the creation and modification of Project codes (Budget/Unit/State) in Dynamics 365 F&O requested via ServiceNow Request. Ensure accurate string combinations and alignment with organizational hierarchy and Budget Criteria Requested.
  • Budget Maintenance: Proactively monitor and maintain BUS (Budget Unit State) codes, ensuring all financial dimensions are correctly mapped and functional.
  • BU Responsible Alignment: Manage the Budget Responsible updates, ensuring Business Units and their respective owners are accurately mapped and updated in the system.
  • Ad hoc Support: Assist the HQ Financial Analytical Desk with data cleaning, ad-hoc financial tasks, and investigative analysis of budget-to-actual data flows.
  • Process Optimization: Actively analyze the Dynamics 365 F&O Project/Budget modules to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain the Existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for budget creation and maintenance and enhance them to ensure standardized SSC operations.

Your profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 13 years of experience in a Finance Operations, SSC, Administrative or Master Data Management role related to Finance.
  • Technical ERP Proficiency: Direct experience with Dynamics 365 F&O (specifically the Project or Budgeting modules) or any other Financial Software is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand Budget combinations and financial hierarchies and reporting.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively between HQ, SSC and Finance Users.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Mindset: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a degree of operational ownership over the data you manage.
  • Self-Management: Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail and organized workflows.
