Finance and Accounts Lead - Ecommerce Industry
Location: New Delhi
Salary: Up to 12 LPA
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2-5 years in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably within the entertainment or e-commerce industries.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GST, TDS, PF, and other tax regulations.
- Regulatory Familiarity: Knowledge of FDI/ODI regulations, statutory audit procedures, financial reports, and accounting specifications.
- Skills:
- Creative and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent data analysis and advanced Excel reporting skills.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management expertise.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and manage budgets effectively.
- Conduct statutory and internal audits to ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement effective financial strategies.
- Provide insights for strategic decision-making based on financial data.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff to enhance team performance.
