About Business profitability team

1. Preparation and review of Business profitability generation process within TAT
2. Ensure all component of the P&L and balance sheet is appropriated allocated to Businesses
3. Identifying areas of process improvement and bring more granularity in the F&A database.
4. Adherence to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
5. Handle queries efficiently within given TAT

About the Role and Key responsibilities:

1.Monthly prepara on of segmental profitability reports ensuring accuracy and melines
2.Analysis of trend in segmental P&L month on month basis and provide insights to management.
3.Analysis of variance between budget vs actuals and iden fy reasons for major variances
4.Prepara on and submission of RBI, RBS data on quarterly basis.
5.Understanding and resolu on of RM queries related to customer NII and profitability
6.Monthly prepara on of branch profitability database and masters
7.Preparing data requirement related to internal audits in accurate and mely manner.
8.Assist in key automa on projects related to fund transfer pricing
9.Owning FTP policy framework alongwith ALM team.

Qualification:
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
1. CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institute
2. Strong communication and presentation skills
3. Relevant experience in BFSI space would be welcome
4. Basic analytical skills with good understanding of data handling in excel, SQL knowledge will be preferred.
