Role Description

We are looking for a sharp, reliable Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for a smart CA Inter candidate with 1–2 years of experience or a commerce graduate with 2–4 years of accounting exposure in a startup or D2C environment. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting using Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools.
• Process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reimbursements accurately and on time.
• Manage GST filings, TDS deductions, and other statutory compliances on schedule.
• Reconcile bank statements, payment gateway settlements (Razorpay, Cashfree), and COD remittances.
• Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow statements, and financial MIS reports for the founders.
• Coordinate with the CA firm for audits, ITR filings, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
• Manage payroll processing in coordination with HR.
• Support fundraising or due diligence activities with financial documentation.
• Ensure timely invoicing to marketplace partners and reconcile marketplace settlements.

What We're Looking For

• CA Inter qualified with 1–2 years of experience, OR a B.Com/M.Com graduate with 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks).
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.
• Experience reconciling payment gateway settlements and e-commerce marketplace payouts.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an eye for accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Good to Have

• Prior experience in a D2C, e-commerce, or FMCG startup.
• Exposure to financial reporting for investor decks or MIS.
• Proficiency in Excel-based financial modelling.
