Job Title : Finance & Accounts Executive
Job Type : Full-Time

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana
Responsibilities
- B.Com / CA with 1 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis techniques.
- Experience working with ERP/accounting systems such as Tally, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience handling high-volume transactions.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and financial processes.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Exposure to financial reporting and reconciliations.
- Familiarity with automation tools and reporting dashboards is an added advantage.
- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
- Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Process invoices, payments, and accounting documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and MIS reports.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for finance-related activities.
- Support audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.
- Assist in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor s degree in Commerce, CA, or a related field.
