Role Overview:

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Associate to support the Founder's Office with end-to-end finance, accounting, compliance, and reporting responsibilities. The role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to handle both operational finance work and strategic financial analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain P&L forecasts and cash flow projections
• Work on project costing using both cost-based and value-based approaches
• Track and analyze monthly burn, monthly cash flow, and financial performance
• Handle share transfer processes and related documentation
• Manage GST compliance and coordination
• Maintain bookkeeping records accurately and on time
• Coordinate payroll with the HR team
• Manage invoicing, billing, and reconciliation
• Support all other finance and accounting operations as required

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com / BBA / BFM or a relevant field (Final-year students with NOC can apply  )
• 0–2+ years of experience; prior accounting or finance experience is preferred
• Familiarity with statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and bookkeeping principles
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in financial modeling and forecasting
• Strong understanding of P&L forecasting and cash flow analysis
• Good communication skills

Good to Have:

• Any accounting or finance professional certification
• Prior experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or Tally
• Adaptability to work across different domains
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude

Working Details:

• Location: Bhosari, Pune (On-site, Full-time)
• Workdays: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Compensation Range: ₹3–8 LPA
