Finance & Accounting Outsourcing - Delivery Lead

Business Unit: Digital Process Operations (DPO) / Finance BPO

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) delivery for global clients, driving operational excellence, transformation, and P&L outcomes. The role owns large-scale F&A engagements including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C).

Key Responsibilities

• Client & Delivery Leadership
• Own delivery for large FAO engagements (multi-geo, multi-process)
• Act as primary stakeholder for client finance leadership (CFO org)
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, governance, and customer satisfaction
• P&L & Commercials
• Manage engagement P&L, margins, and cost optimization
• Drive revenue growth via mining, renewals, and scope expansion
• Operations Management
• Oversee R2R, P2P, O2C towers with strong control and compliance
• Ensure audit readiness (SOX, IFRS/GAAP compliance)
• Transformation & Automation
• Lead digital initiatives (RPA, AI/analytics, ERP transformation – SAP/Oracle)
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma)
• People Leadership
• Lead large teams (500–800+ FTEs)
• Build leadership pipeline, talent retention, and capability development
• Governance & Risk
• Establish robust governance frameworks and executive reporting
• Manage risks, escalations, and business continuity

Qualifications & Experience

• CA / MBA (Finance) preferred
• 18–25 years experience in F&A / BPO / Shared Services
• Proven experience in large FAO deal delivery and transformation
• Strong exposure to ERP platforms (SAP/Oracle) and automation tools
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and global stakeholder management
