Finance Accounting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager with more than 5 years of professional expertise in managing finance, compliance, and accounting operations. This is a senior role for someone who can take complete ownership of financial planning, reporting, and guiding the company's growth with accurate financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete finance and accounting function, including bookkeeping, billing, vendor payments, and client invoicing
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with company goals
• Ensure statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, and other regulatory filings
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies for audits and reporting
• Implement internal controls and improve financial processes for efficiency
• Mentor junior accounting staff and oversee payroll, expense management, and reconciliations
• Provide management with clear financial reports and recommendations for decision-making

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in corporate or agency environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA/CPA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software along with MS Excel
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team and multiple priorities
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: 5.0 LPA to 6.0 LPA

Probation Period: 6 months for evaluation
