Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Finance & Accounts to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, MIS, budgeting, cash flow management, and business finance activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in GST, TDS, financial reporting, audits, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly MIS including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, and variance analysis.
• Monitor key business KPIs and provide financial insights to management.
• Prepare Budget vs Actual reports and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Manage accounting operations, month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review journal entries, provisions, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
• Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliations.
• Manage TDS deductions, payments, return filings, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities regarding assessments and notices.
• Conduct vendor and customer reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor receivables and payables aging and support collection and payment activities.
• Manage banking operations, fund flow, cash flow forecasting, and working capital planning.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal, GST, and tax auditors.
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance matters.
• Work with ERP systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Drive automation, process improvements, and development of finance reports and dashboards.
• Support investor reporting, financial modelling, fundraising, due diligence, and data room activities.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in investor reporting and fundraising will be an added advantage.
