POSITION:Finance Manager Finance & Accounting

Job Summary
The Finance Manager Finance & Accounting will lead overall financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, and governance within a multinational manufacturing setup. This role is responsible for ensuring robust financial controls, audit management, accurate reporting, and alignment with global finance standards while partnering with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Leadership & Accounting
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Oversee financial statements preparation and review.
- Ensure accounting accuracy, policy compliance, and timely reporting.
2. Financial Reporting, Budgeting & Analysis
- Drive MIS, dashboards, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
3. Controls, Audit & Governance
- Lead statutory and internal audits and manage external auditor relationships.
- Strengthen internal control frameworks and ensure audit readiness.
4. Stakeholder & Team Management
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and senior leadership.
- Guide and develop finance teams and ensure process discipline.
- Coordinate with regional and global finance teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Chartered Accountant / ACA Fully Qualified (Mandatory)
- MBA in Finance Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline.
- 712+ years experience in Finance & Accounting roles within manufacturing organizations.
- Strong expertise in financial accounting, reporting, audits, budgeting, and controls.
- Advanced experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
