Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and accurate data analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments, customer receipts, and reconciliations.
- Generate and process invoices based on approved purchase orders; resolve discrepancies with procurement.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of purchase orders, invoices, E-Way Bills, vendor remittances, and third-party sales.
- Maintain ledgers, records, and documentation to support audits and ensure financial compliance.
- File TDS returns and handle the issuance of credit and debit notes on time.
- Perform data entry and analysis using Advanced Excel and Tally, including preparation of dashboards and financial models.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in audits, inventory tracking, and other cross-functional finance projects as required.
