Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in maintaining financial records, vouchers, and expense statements of the foundation.
- Supporting the preparation of budgets and financial reports for ongoing projects and programs.
- Helping in documentation related to grants, donations, and funding records.
- Assisting with data entry in financial spreadsheets and accounting software.
- Supporting bank reconciliation and tracking of payments and receipts.
- Maintaining proper filing and record management of financial documents.
- Assisting the finance team in preparing utilization reports for donors and partners.
- Coordinating with project teams to collect expense details and supporting documents.
- Supporting compliance with financial guidelines, audit requirements, and internal policies.
- Assisting in preparing financial summaries for meetings and reporting purposes.
