Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager/ Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Chartered Accountant to join a growing finance team in a broad operational finance role. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy managing end-to-end finance activities and working closely with business stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end close and financial reporting activities

• Handle reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and GL reviews

• Support statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance activities

• Ensure strong financial controls and process discipline

• Manage operational finance activities including AP/AR, intercompany, and cash flow tracking

• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting

• Partner cross-functionally with business and operational teams

Ideal Profile:

• CA with experience across multiple finance and accounting sub-functions

• Only between 3–6 years of post-qualification experience after completion of CA need to apply

• Strong hands-on exposure to accounting operations and month-close processes

• Good understanding of financial statements, controls, audits, and compliance

• Exposure to budgeting/forecasting is preferred, but this is not a pure FP&A role

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, pharma, or large structured environments would be advantageous

• Open to both Assistant Manager and Manager-level candidates depending on experience
