Finance Account Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Account Specialist based in Noida. The Finance Account Specialist will be responsible for managing financial statements, overseeing payroll administration, and handling accounting processes with accuracy and compliance. The role will also involve analyzing financial data to support informed decision-making and ensuring streamlined financial operations within the organization.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making
• Expertise in Finance and Accounting practices
• Knowledge and experience with Payroll Administration processes
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Proficiency with financial tools and software
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
