Qualification & Technical Knowledge

Min 7 to 14 Years of experience similar roles

Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxation, Accounts Payable , Ind AS, IGAAP and SAP

Qualification - MBA Finance, Semi- qualified CA/ Semi qualified CMA/ Qualified CA preferred

The person will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and finalization of financial statements. Additionally, the role will involve managing indirect taxation matters, ensuring statutory compliance, timely tax filings, and handling departmental audits

Job Responsibility

The person will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and finalization of financial statements. Additionally, the role will involve managing indirect taxation matters, ensuring statutory compliance, timely tax filings, and handling departmental audits.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, and indirect tax regulations.

1. Accounting and Financial Reporting

• Responsible for the preparation and finalization of financial statements as per IND AS and Indian GAAP.
• Coordinate with Group Cos. for inter-company reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Ensure Income Tax and TDS filing and returns related matters including Tax Audit
• Review and implement best practices for accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting.

2. Indirect Taxation Compliance

• Oversee GST compliance, filings and reconciliations to optimize tax efficiency for entire Group.Ensure proper classification and treatment of input tax credits and GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C).
• Manage GST audits, litigations, and responses to notices from tax authorities.
• Preparing reports: Preparing MIS reports, debtors ageing, and bank reconciliation statements
• Preparing budgets: Preparing budgets, including CAPEX budgets and budgeted balance sheet.
