Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Finacle System Analyst (Loans and CASA Module) with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the Finacle Loans ecosystem. This is a specialized role that bridges the gap between business requirements and the technical implementation of Infosys Finacle, a core banking solution.
The ideal candidate will have
deep functional expertise in Finacle Loans and the entire loan lifecycle, with the ability to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and independently manage complex design and troubleshooting tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Engage with business units, risk, and legal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for new loan products or enhancements.
- Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents).
Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the Finacle Loans module.
- Map business processes to Finacle functionalities, design workflows, and recommend system configurations/customizations.
System Configuration & Implementation
- Configure Finacle Loans and CASA for new schemes, interest rates, repayment schedules, collateral management, and fee structures.
- Ensure alignment with compliance, risk, and operational guidelines.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Design and execute test cases for unit, SIT, and UAT phases.
- Lead UAT activities, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and readiness for go-live.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical/implementation teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate progress, and resolve functional/technical issues.
Documentation & Training
- Prepare comprehensive documentation such as process flows, user manuals, and training guides.
- Conduct end-user training for new functionalities.
Support & Maintenance
- Provide post-implementation support for production issues, system upgrades, and change requests.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within SLAs.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Finacle Loans Expertise: Deep functional knowledge in commercial and retail lending (origination, disbursement, repayment, closure).
- Fincle CASA: CASA life cycle.
- Business Analysis: Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Core Banking Knowledge: Solid understanding of the loan lifecycle within core banking systems.
- Database Proficiency: SQL for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Testing Tools: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management/bug tracking tools.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proven teamwork & leadership skills, including mentoring junior analysts.
- Strategic mindset to align Finacle solutions with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience with Infosys Finacle (Loans and CASA Module focus).
- Proven track record in end-to-end loan lifecycle management within Finacle.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
