Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finacle Support / Finacle Techno Functional professional with strong expertise in Finacle Core Banking solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in banking operations, production support, issue resolution, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for Finacle Core Banking applications.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Support CASA, Term Deposit (TD), and Recurring Deposit (RD) modules.
• Monitor application performance and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Coordinate with business users, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve production issues within defined timelines.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and deployments.
• Prepare documentation and maintain operational reports.
