Position: Software Engineer(5+Yrs)
Description:
- 5+ years of experience at a relevant technical position in Banking Clients
- Experience in Finacle Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
- Experience of Finacle Application 10x or higher version
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
- Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
- Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration.
- Complete knowledge of Loan module and the entire life cycle
- Knowledge of other modules like CASA, Interface, EOD/BOD, etc
- Hands on experienced on windows, unix/linux, Oracle - SQL & PL/SQL
- Able to handle pressure & support critical production issues
- Willing to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
- Acknowledging and acting on command center Calls(24x7)
