8-16 years of Proven experience with Finacle banking software.

Prior experience in Finacle migration projects is a must. Experience on trade finance , payments, CASA/ TD , Finacle integrator and CRM modules is expected.

Finacle customization and functional testing

Strong understanding of banking processes, financial products and services

Efficient in preparing comprehensive test scenarios, test cases and test data based on functional specifications.

Execute functional, regression and integration tests for Finacle

Strong communication & documentation skills

Knowledge on various Finacle menus and logic

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

Effective interaction with cross functional teams along with strong logical thinking

Exposure to agile/scrum methodologies

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Finacle systems.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
