Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Film Investor, based in Mumbai. The Film Investor will be responsible for evaluating potential film projects, analyzing investment opportunities, and collaborating with the team to assess project profitability. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing film scripts, creating detailed financial projections, negotiating investment terms, and managing financial resources to ensure optimum returns. The role necessitates engagement with stakeholders to build strategic partnerships and manage investor relations.
Qualifications
- Strong financial acumen, financial analysis, and investment planning skills
- Experience in evaluating project profitability and managing resources effectively
- Excellent negotiation, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of the film production process and the entertainment industry
- Knowledge of entertainment law, contracts, and intellectual property rights is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful investments or financial management, particularly in the creative industries
