Education and Certification Requirements

High School with Exp. Or Technical Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production discipline is preferred

Experience, knowledge, expertise

2-3 years experience as Filling operator
Knowledge in industrial work atmosphere
Self-motivated & Time conscious
Team player with positive attitude

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

Daily Operations
To follow production program given by production planner strictly respecting the quantities, Production Dates, Consume Before Date & Batch codes as per SASO requirements.
Record downtime and its causes along with other relevant Production indicators (i.e. SQCDM) in SIM 1 record, perform safety and quality checks and machine audits as per specified standards mentioned in Standard operating procedure (SOP).
Adjust the Parameters of the line according to the production plan and as per SOP.
Request product from process and packaging materials in advance necessary to complete the production orders in a timely manner.
Complete Traceability sheet, palletizing sheet, Quality Assurance Records, and line documentation as required (Cute) and communicate production status to the following Shift operator for proper handover.
Ensure optimum amount of packaging material used and control product drain losses as per the standards.
Operate the equipment safely according to SOP's guidelines in order to achieve the targeted production

To take part in operational excellence program with implemented ideas to achieve world-class manufacturing through productivity, people engagement, working environment, Growth and Quality ideas.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account international best practice to improve business processes, cost efficiency and productivity.
Safety & Quality
Reporting near-miss, and safety risks on time through safety tags.
Ensure LOTO application during troubleshooting and plant activities for routine and non-routine tasks.
Respect, maintain, and follow GMP, Personal hygiene, Housekeeping, Equipment cleaning, Floor cleaning, Zoning, 5S are respected and maintained in daily basis.
Adhere for all Food Safety system standards
Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
Report and highlight operational, quality and safety issues to shift Filling Team leader through safety tags and quality tags.
To continuously monitor & ensure production output is free of quality defects and provide Lab samples as per the Lab sampling plans.
Not to produce advance products more than stated in quarantine rules.
Clean and sanitize machines to meet legal and quality standards.
Environment
To maintain a clean and hygienic working environment around the area as per standard operating procedures to ensure high quality of finish product to our consumers.
To Implement and follow Zoning in his respective machine area.
People Management
Provide formal and informal feedback to subordinates in order to ensure their continuous development
Policies, Processes & Procedures
Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
Follow standard operational procedure to ensure that all assigned tasks are carried out in safe manner with good quality as per specified standards mentioned in SOP.
Provide instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence to relevant policies and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
To conduct the weekly and month end inventory in high accuracy.

Ensure that all departmental reportsare prepared timely and accurately and meet the company and department requirements, standards, policies and procedures
