We are looking for a disciplined and responsible Filler Machine Operator to manage beverage filling operations and ensure smooth production with high quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor filler machines during production shifts
Ensure proper bottle filling, capping, and line efficiency
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards on the production line
Perform machine cleaning, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
Minimize product wastage and machine downtime
Monitor fill levels, leakage, bottle damage, and carbonation consistency
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Maintain production logs and machine records properly
Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols strictly
Support preventive maintenance activities when required
Requirements
Experience operating filler machines in beverage, dairy, pharma, or FMCG industry preferred
Basic understanding of production machinery and line operations
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Responsible, disciplined, and system-oriented mindset
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail
ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass can apply depending on experience
Preferred Skills
Experience with glass bottle filling lines
Understanding of carbonation/fizzy beverage handling
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to handle production pressure and targets efficiently
