Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, test, and deploy our automation platform, primarily written in Python, to provide our services to employees in APAC and Europe
- Discuss new requirements with experts on the customer side and drive their implementation.
- Support the design and implementation of Fileservice components according to the architecture roadmap.
- Collaborate with expert teams in Workplace Services for the exchange of best practices and process management training.
- Activities include;
Be a DevOps team member and overall management of operation/project activities in the area of File services team.
- Identify and contribute more on Automating day to day activities and tasks using PowerShell / Python scripts
- Maintaining / enhancing of existing scripts and use of GIT to store them
- SQL database administration and maintenance
- Administrate and manage the O365 and Azure Netapp Filers
- Stabilize the Infrastructure by proactive monitoring and foreseeing the upcoming infrastructure requirements
- Migration of data from onpremise to cloud and vice versa
- Involve project activities and work with engineering team
- Incident /Problem/Change Handling using SNOW.
- Contributing to the process improvement/innovation .
- Contribute to ISMS process and procedures.
- Reporting and Documentations for the process /PLMs as and when required.
