We are looking for an experienced IBM FileNet Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise content management (ECM) solutions using IBM FileNet. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FileNet P8, workflow development, document management, and integration with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 applications.
- Configure and manage Object Stores, Classes, Property Templates, and Security.
- Develop and customize workflows using FileNet Process Engine.
- Create and maintain Content Engine APIs and FileNet integrations.
- Develop Java-based applications and web services integrated with FileNet.
- Perform application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Support migration, upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience in IBM FileNet P8 development.
- Strong knowledge of:
- IBM FileNet Content Platform Engine (CPE)
- IBM FileNet Process Engine (PE)
- IBM Content Navigator (ICN)
- IBM Case Manager (preferred)
- Experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, and REST/SOA services.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2).
- Experience in workflow design and document lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with WebSphere or WebLogic application servers.
- Good understanding of version control tools such as Git.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IBM Content Navigator customization.
- Knowledge of Case Foundation or IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
- Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
