Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant specializing in Technology Expert Labs for Databases within IBM's Data Platform, you will provide clients with world-class services to optimize the configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of their Databases. This role involves working with Enterprise Content Management Solution (FileNet)
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Hands-on experience on various FileNet products
- Experience in installation, configuring, upgrade, migration and supporting FileNet P8 in an enterprise environment
- Knowledge on FileNet API's.
- Experience with IBM FileNet P8 platform is required
- Experience with IBM Case Manager is required
- Experience with common integration methods, such as message queues, web services, and API calls is required
- Design, and build business applications using the IBM FileNet P8 platform
- Provide FileNet-based architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation
- Work with application developers, users, operational leadership, and subject matter experts to understand current and future FileNet implementation goals
- Requirement gathering, Performing UAT, Team handling capabilities
- Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects is required
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- IBM FileNet and Case Manager certifications
- Extended FileNet products (Datacap, Content Collector, Records Manager)
- Advanced programming (Java, .NET, JavaScript)
- Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud)
