About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on UI/UX design, product experiences, design systems, and user interaction workflows.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to interface design, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, helping improve how AI models understand and generate modern digital product experiences.
Your work will contribute to improving AI systems used for product design, user experience optimization, and creative workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Design wireframes, UI layouts, prototypes, and user flows using Figma
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated design outputs for usability, visual consistency, and user experience quality
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI-generated interfaces for clarity, accessibility, responsiveness, and modern design standards
- Identify usability gaps, inconsistent design patterns, or weak user experiences and provide structured feedback
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on UI/UX design and digital product experiences
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UI/UX design workflows
- Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, spacing, and responsive design principles
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user-centric interfaces
- Familiarity with web/mobile product design and usability best practices
- Basic understanding of frontend design constraints is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
