We are seeking an experienced FICO Falcon Technical Consultant / Administrator with strong expertise in Falcon platform installation, configuration, and upgrade activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Falcon version migrations, environment setup, troubleshooting, and deployment support across multiple environments.
Location: Pan India
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage installation, configuration, and upgrade of Falcon platform components across different environments (Sandbox, UAT, Production).
- Execute version upgrades and migrations from Falcon 6.x to 7.x, ensuring compatibility and minimal downtime.
- Perform end-to-end setup including application servers, database configurations, and integration components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation, deployment, and post-Go-Live phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, Dev, Infra, and Support) to ensure smooth delivery and system stability.
- Prepare technical documentation including installation guides, runbooks, and deployment procedures.
- Ensure adherence to deployment standards, security, and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with FICO Falcon platform components and architecture.
- Proven experience in installing, configuring, and upgrading Falcon versions (6.x to 7.x).
- Good understanding of Retail Cloud environments and multi-tenant setups.
- Experience working with:
- Linux/Unix environments
- Application servers (e.g., Tomcat, etc.)
- Database systems (Oracle/SQL Server)
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting is an added advantage.
