Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Jabalpur, India. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services. The role involves regular client visits, market research, and networking to drive customer engagement and achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships and close deals
- Knowledge and experience in market research and lead generation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet objectives
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of the music or entertainment industry will be an advantage
- Willingness to conduct field visits, with flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments
