MSD Facilitators

Experience: 2–6 Years

Position: Field Territory Engineer (FTE) – Business Development / Technical Sales

Location: Delhi NCR (Bhiwadi, Bawal, Manesar, Neemrana, Gurugram, Faridabad, Noida, Gr. Noida, Aligarh, Muradabad, Ghaziabad, Sonipat)

Number of Position: Multiple Position

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Territory Engineer (FTE) responsible for business development, client acquisition, and technical sales within assigned territories. The role involves field visits, client engagement, and revenue generation across manufacturing industries.

Job Responsibilities:

Focus on Generating New business Opportunity for Company from manufacturing Industries (Electronics, Machinery, Consumer appliances, Automobile, electrical etc)

Coordinate with pre-sales Team to answering technical inquiries and participating in sales meetings.

Liaise with the engineering or technical team to address technical concerns or requirements.

Create a plans to address the above markets & execute on the plan to achieve business/ revenue targets

Manage the Sales process for new business opportunities in the assigned geography/accounts and be responsible for revenue target accomplishment in a territory

Understanding customer needs and aligning product offerings with their requirements

Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.

Developing & maintaining Strong Customer Relationships to increase Customer satisfaction & loyalty.

Skills Required:

Qualification – Diploma / Btech (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)

Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high growth environment

Comfortable for Field's Visits.

Key Requirements (Role Alignment):

Experience in Business Development / Field Sales / Technical Sales

Strong client interaction, presentation, and communication skills

Comfortable with field travel and territory management

Exposure to engineering products / CAD / automation / industrial solutions preferred

Valid Driving License and Two Wheeler.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Background in Sales Engineer / Application Engineer / BD Engineer roles

Experience in handling B2B / manufacturing clients

Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
