Key Responsibilities Conduct on-site quality tests including slump tests, temperature checks, and cube casting as per applicable standards. Ensure that supplied concrete meets specified strength, durability, and workability requirements. Manage cube sampling, identification, curing, testing schedules, and systematic record keeping. Monitor cube test results, analyze failures, and report non-conformities promptly. Track concrete rejection levels and support corrective and preventive actions. Maintain cube molds, testing equipment, and calibration status to ensure accuracy and reliability. Address customer quality-related concerns professionally and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. Prepare and maintain daily site reports, test registers, and quality documentation. Coordinate closely with batching plant operators and site engineers for mix adjustments and technical support. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, ensuring the use of appropriate PPE during all site activities. Qualifications Experience Minimum qualification: 12th standard; Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred. 13 years of experience in concrete testing, site quality control, or technical support roles. Working knowledge of relevant IS codes and standards for concrete testing and quality assurance. Good communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and site personnel.
