Key Responsibilities
- Attend client locations as per the assigned service tickets to repair /Install or service vending machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in electrical and mechanical components.
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machines function smoothly.
- Maintain clear documentation of the service calls, repair work, and parts replaced.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with clients during and after the visit.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the technical supervisor or higher authority.
- Handle all tools, equipment, and machines with care and responsibility.
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols while working on-site.
- Represent the company positively through clean attire, professional conduct, and customer-friendly behavior.
- Provide feedback to the internal team for product improvement based on recurring service issues.
