Field Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Field Technical Support Engineer with a Diploma in Electronics & Communication. The candidate will support installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our electronic and embedded systems at customer sites. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support and service for products

• Assist in installation, wiring, configuration, and testing

• Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues

• Perform routine maintenance and health checks

• Coordinate with senior engineers and the support team

• Prepare basic service reports and documentation

• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)

• Basic understanding of electronics and embedded systems

• Willingness to work in field environment and travel frequently

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

• Freshers or candidates with field experience can apply
