Young Tinker Foundation empowers young minds through hands-on STEM education. We help students build skills, explore ideas, and grow as leaders.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching or fieldwork experience.

Stipend Structure - ₹26,509

This amount includes:

- 16,509 per month as a living stipend for personal expenses

- ₹6,000 per month kept as a Completion Grant, which you will receive at the end if you successfully finish the fellowship

-Rs.4,000 per month as Travel Allowance for field visits and project-related travel only

Responsibilities

Plan and conduct engaging STEM sessions across various locations.

Coordinate with schools and partner organisations.

Manage routing, logistics, and session setup.

Ensure safety and compliance during sessions.

Provide support for basic electronics and STEM tools. Track feedback and improve session delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Willingness to travel. Basic MS Word and Excel skills.

Valid 2 and 4-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
