Company Description

Wilson Wings is a design and development agency with 8+ years of experience serving clients across 15+ countries. We are currently conducting field research for a client in the EV charging infrastructure space and need a field survey executive to collect on-ground data across Bangalore.

Role Description

We need someone to physically visit 4050 apartment complexes across 1012 areas in Bangalore and collect structured data about each society. This is pure fieldwork, no selling, no interviews, just observation and data collection.

What You'll Do

• Visit assigned apartment complexes across Bangalore (we provide the area list)
• Count the number of EV cars (blue-green number plates) in parking areas
• Note the total approximate number of flats in each complex
• Check if any EV charging infrastructure is already installed
• Record apartment complex name, address, builder name, and approximate age of the complex
• Note the parking layout: basement, open, stilt, and the proximity of the electrical room to the parking
• Submit all data on a Google Form after each visit
• Cover 45 apartments per day across assigned areas

What We're Looking For

• Based in Bangalore with my own two-wheeler for commuting between locations
• Comfortable approaching security guards and society offices for basic information
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Smartphone with Google Maps and Google Forms access
• Previous experience in field surveys, market research, real estate, or delivery roles is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Kannada
