Job Description

Candidate must hold a Diploma in Agriculture from a recognized institution.
Should have minimum 2 years of field experience, preferably in grape cultivation and handling.
Must possess the ability to manage grape export operations, including post-harvest handling, packaging, and logistics coordination.
Should be familiar with export quality standards, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Must be capable of coordinating with farmers, vendors, and export agencies.
Should ensure timely execution of export orders and maintain quality throughout the supply chain.
Ability to manage day-to-day field operations, inspection, and record-keeping is essential.
Should have good communication and coordination skills.
