Location: Nagpur (Office + Field work across Maharashtra)
Type: Full-time, 6 days a week
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000/month + travel expenses fully covered
Travel: Most of your time will be on-field

Human Loops is an AI data company (Part of Bharat Growth Agency). We collect real-world videos and data that train AI models and robots. Our work happens at factories, restaurants, farms, shops, and homes where the real action is.
The Role
This is mostly a
field job. You will spend most of your time at factories, restaurants, farms, and shops across Maharashtra supervising teams that collect data for us. Our Nagpur office is your base, but the real work happens on-site.

What You Will Do
- Supervise data collection at factories, restaurants, farms, and shops across Maharashtra
- Manage factory workers and field staff give clear instructions, keep them on track, and make sure the work gets done right
- Travel a lot across Maharashtra multi-day trips will be common
- Set up equipment, brief participants, and run the shoot end-to-end
- Fix problems on-site devices, recordings, people, schedules
- Track daily progress and report back to the team
- Make sure quality, rules, and timelines are followed

- Confident leader — comfortable supervising factory workers and field teams every day; can be firm without being rude
- Ready for the field — okay with long travel, different work environments, and odd hours when needed
- Graduate in any field
- Speaks English, Hindi, and Marathi (Marathi is a must for field work)
- 1-3 years of experience
Good to Have
- Experience in operations, field work, or factory supervision
- Some interest in AI or robotics
- Two-wheeler license
