Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Field Specialist V to perform advanced MPD field operations especially on MPD Deepwater operation, manage well-site activities, and provide technical expertise across services and equipment. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, leading field teams, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
Responsibilities
Operations & Service Delivery
- Execute end-to-end field operations including planning, mobilization, execution, and reporting
- Operate, test, and maintain equipment in line with company standards
- Analyze field data to recommend solutions and optimize service delivery
- Perform engineering checks, calculations, and technical assessments on-site
- Manage installation of complex tools and equipment (senior-level responsibility)
- Ensure timely submission of job reports, service tickets, and documentation
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary on-site interface with clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve operations
- Participate in pre and post job meetings with the clients
Team Leadership
- Supervise, mentor, and guide junior field personnel
- Coordinate crew activities and ensure effective execution at site
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards
- Participate in safety meetings, job hazard analysis, and reporting
- Maintain safe working conditions and equipment standards
- Support root cause analysis and failure investigations
Operational Support
- Manage inventory and field supplies effectively
- Collaborate with repair & maintenance teams on equipment failures
- Be available on a 24/7 on-call basis as required
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry as wellsite supervisor.
- 3+ years of experience of MPD Deepwater project. With recent experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong understanding of field operations and equipment handling
- Strong understanding on MPD Deepwater Project
- Well control lvl 4 IWCF certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification from a recognized vocational or technical institute
