This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Chennai. Responsibilities include providing technical support, performing troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on equipment, and ensuring optimal equipment functionality. The Field Services Engineer will also engage with clients to deliver exceptional customer service, resolve technical issues, and ensure their satisfaction through timely and effective service delivery.

• Expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to maintain and optimize technical equipment
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Excellent Customer Service skills to effectively assist clients and ensure their satisfaction
• Ability to work on-site independently while adhering to safety practices and guidelines
• Previous experience in a similar role with relevant technical certifications is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
