Role Description

SonoScape is looking for an experienced and motivated Ultrasound Field Service Engineer to join our growing technical support team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in the ultrasound industry, strong technical expertise, and excellent customer-handling skills. The engineer will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support of SonoScape ultrasound systems.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the ultrasound industry
• Skills: Experience in customer service, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Language Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi, English and regional Language with strong customer-handling ability
• Relocation: Willingness to travel within the assigned region
