POSITION: Field Service Engineer (each candidate for the different location at Lucknow, Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar, Patna, Siliguri)

Technical Skills:

1.  Knowledge on Diesel Engine

2.  Knowledge on DG set and related panels

3.  Trouble shooting experience

4.  AMC management

5.  Parts business generation thru service

6.  Computer skill – MS office including word, xl

Soft Skills

1.    Proficiency in English, Hindi and respective local language.

2.    Communication skill

3.    Presentation skill

Job Description:

1.  Attending AMC calls and performing schedule maintenance.

2.  Attending breakdown calls.

3.  Identifies all materials, tools, equipment.

4.  Spares parts business generation

5.  Preparation of Field service report after completion of job.

Educational Qualification: 

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• 3-6 years of experience
