Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Chennai. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of power systems. Additional responsibilities include providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring seamless customer service. The role offers an opportunity to work directly with clients to address their energy solutions needs while maintaining equipment performance and reliability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure smooth equipment functionality
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving issues effectively
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to maintain positive client relationships and provide reliable assistance
- Knowledge of energy and power systems such as UPS systems, stabilizers, inverters, and related technology is preferred
- Ability to work on-site independently and manage tasks effectively under minimal supervision
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering disciplines
- Previous field experience in the energy solutions or power systems domain is an advantage
